Network Rail is hosting a public exhibition to showcase plans to modernise Reading station and improve the railway.
 
The exhibition will be open from 20-22 May and will provide the opportunity to meet the people working on the project, ask questions and provide feedback on the plans. read more

Best micro city for infrastructure

The Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) magazine has announced its European Cities and Regions of the Future 2010/11 results, naming Reading as the Best Micro City for Infrastructure. (Sourced from Reading UK CIC.)

Station Hill plan a step nearer

The £400 million redevelopment of Station Hill looks set to go ahead after concerns over the buildings' design were resolved.
