Manches in Reading expansion

Top South East law firm Manches LLP is boosting its presence in Reading, moving a permanent team of 10 lawyers into the town from September.
 
Working from Davidson House in Forbury Square the team, led by corporate partner Justin Starling, will focus on corporate, venture capital, banking and finance, technology/intellectual property, IT, commercial, real estate and employment. read more

Leading international directories business Yell, headquartered in Reading, is introducing what it describes as an activity-based working model, supporting the daily operations of its on-the-road consultants.
 
Under this banner, the company will scrap its 18 satellite offices, opting instead to use Regus’ network of 140 UK business centres, saving £1.5 million in the process. read more

Reading College makes history

Further education in Reading has entered a new era under the joint management of Oxford and Cherwell Valley College (OCVC) and the Learning and Skills Network (LSN).
 
This is the first time a third sector organisation has worked with a college to run a further education institution. read more
