Premier League footballer Kevin Doyle has bought a flat in the new Reading development of Chatham Place (Sourced from the Daily Mail.)
The Irish international played for Reading last year before being transferred to Wolves, and has bought a two-bedroom flat at the new, ten-storey, 221-flat complex which is five minutes from the town centre and railway station.
Prices start from £153,000 for a 531sq ft one-bedroom flat to £216,000 for a 771sq ft twobedroom apartment. He joins his former Reading colleague Simon Cox, who has also bought at the development. Simon now plays for West Brom in the Championship.
